This course runs over 7 weeks, skipping midterm week.
Parent/Guardian & baby yoga & pilates. From 6 weeks to crawling.This class incorporates movement for you and baby, strengthening bonds and teaching baby about the benefits of self-care through your good example.
The different sections of this class generally including breathwork and yoga postures for the adult (focusing on movements that are beneficial for anyone caring for a small baby, including those who are postpartum), shared “partner” yoga poses, and special postures and exercises just for baby.
