Loved learning massage techniques to help with my daughter’s reflux & digestive issues but found the class extremely beneficial & therapeutic as a new mammy finding her feet in motherhood. Niamh is very passionate in what she does & it shows. Thoroughly enjoyed and would 100% recommend 💗

Niamh is such a brilliant teacher and facilitator… would 100% recommend this class.

Lots of lovely little touches like soft lighting, complimentary tea/coffee and treats. Made some lovely new connections and always really enjoyed coming to this class.

October 10, 2023 at 9:01 amNot just a class for baby. Niamh has a great way with supporting mams new and seasoned! Would definitely recommend the class. I looked forward to it each week. It was a really lovely class to do with baby and we still use the techniques. Have recommended to friends.

Niamh curates such a nurturing and relaxing environment, you can really feel her passion for supporting and educating families. She is warm and caring as well as having great advice and encouragement to offer. This is so much more than a massage class and I’d highly recommend to any parent.
