Join us for an exciting and immersive three-day cooking camp in Dublin, led by a trained Ballymaloe chef.
Designed specifically for teenagers and kids, these are hands-on cookery courses offering a fun and educational introduction to the world of cooking and baking.
What to Expect
• Hands-On Learning: This is a fully interactive experience where students will actively cook, bake, and learn essential kitchen techniques.
• Balanced Menu & Variety of Skills: Students will explore a wide range of cooking techniques, including knife skills, stovetop cooking, and baking fundamentals, ensuring a well-rounded culinary experience.
• Locally Sourced Ingredients: We emphasize the importance of high-quality, fresh ingredients by using locally sourced produce. Students will also learn about local businesses and the significance of sustainable food choices.
• Kitchen Safety & Hygiene: Understanding kitchen safety protocols and proper hygiene practices is a key part of the course, ensuring confidence and responsibility in the kitchen.
• Supervised Environment: With a maximum of 12 students, each participant will receive individual attention and supervision, especially when handling sharp tools and hot equipment.
• Take-Home Recipes: At the end of the camp, students will receive printed recipes of all the dishes they’ve made, so they can recreate their culinary masterpieces at home!
