Welcome to Little Stars Infant Massage!

I'm Jennifer and I'm a Certified Infant Massage Instructor and Speech & Language Therapist. I'm passionate about promoting bonding, connection and communication right from birth.

I currently run 5 week courses in two locations in Ballincollig;

• Unit 4, 83 Beech Road, Muskerry Estate, Ballincollig, Cork (smaller class size)
• The Carraig Centre, Ballincollig.

Interaction

Infant massage promotes bonding, nurturing touch, the development of pre-verbal skills, and secure attachment.

Relaxation

Infant massage can improve sleep patterns, regulate behavioural states, and can release relaxing or anti-stress hormones (such as oxytocin and serotonin).

Relief

Infant massage can help with gas and colic, constipation, digestive cramps and muscular tension.

Stimulation

Infant massage promotes stimulation of the circulatory system, digestive system, lymphatic systemic, muscular development and tone, sensory integration and mind/body awareness.
