Description
This class is for both postnatal Mum/parent and baby to enjoy as we blend yoga for both Mum/Parent and babies. Babies will benefit from fun yoga movements, song, soothing and engagement. And you will find practices to strengthen, stretch, release tension and bond with your baby while connecting with yourself postpartum. The opportunity to connect with other parent's and babies is also a great benefit many attendees find in these classes, optional tea and chats will end each class.
Led by Nicole - a Mum, birth and postpartum doula and a yoga teacher experienced in supporting Mothers & parents.
It is recommended to join classes after a minimum 6 weeks post vaginal birth or 10 weeks post caesarean birth. Whenever you feel ready will be individual to you as classes are suitable up until baby is crawling at speed.
