Hybrid exercise classes for expectant and new mothers with some OOMPH. We use dumbbells, slam balls, resistance and booty bands, ain't no one got time for boring.

Babies, wobblers and toddlers are very welcome to come along.

    The best thing I did for myself as a mom to two under 2. I attached when my baby was 6months old. From the exercise to the social side of it I’d highly recommend it. Its for all levels.. bonus.. you get to bring baby.

    Love these classes, I found they were gentle enough at a couple of months postpartum, however, after continuing to attend, Arikie kept making the exercises harder so I was always progressing. Great atmosphere with all the other mothers too!!

    The best class, social outlet and fitness programme which I did on both of my maternity leaves. Airike is amazing, great for all fitness levels, babies welcome, free coffee as part of every block, and great bunch of mums to chat to over class and a coffee afterwards. HIGHLY recommend 👌
