Touch Therapies by Aimee

At Touch Therapies by Aimee we offer Baby Massage Classes.

This class is a small baby-led class that provides both a relaxed calm environment for both the parent and baby to embrace a bonding experience through the means of nurturing touch of infant massage while following and tending to our baby's cues.

The class runs for 5 consecutive weeks and is held in Johnstown, Navan. The class is suitable from birth to pre crawling. Each week we learn the strokes of a new body part and go back over the strokes learnt in the previous week, along with learning about the different benefits of Baby Massage and how to grow massage through the ages. We then enjoy a cup of tea or coffee while discussing a new baby/parent related topic each week.

While this class provides lots of benefits for babies such as aiding digestion, nurturing touch, constipation and teething, it also provides lots of benefits to the parent such as getting to know other parents in the local area, building that supportive community and finding out some tips, advice and ideas to try along the way of your parenting journey.
