This is a greaty activity if you’re looking for something to do outside – and mix in a little water play if you want too!
It’s easy to make and kids love getting stuck in !
You will need:
– 2tbsp cornstarch (we used cornflour so had to make it quite runny)
– 4tbsp approx water
– Food colouring
The black tuff tray was the perfect canvas for it (can also do on ground, wall, footpath, etc. )
Great fun from making it, to painting with it, to using the water guns to clean the tray (needless to say kids got soaked)
Painting while standing is great for gross motor skills and coordination.
Kids can use both hands at the same time, one brush in each hand, play some music too and have fun!!
