Location: Road R341, Recess, Connemara Greenway, Galway
Path: Flat tarmac linear, crosses the main road in sections
Parking: Various spots along the path
Facilities: None but the views, tranquility and wonderfully accessible path make the trip so worthwhile
Features: Ballynahinch Castle
This Greenway is unfinished due to planning issues (according to local knowledge). Therefore there is limited designated car parks. We did spot one off the side of the road as you drive passed Ballynahinch Castle towards Roundstone on the left-hand-side.
