Hi there, I'm Katie - a mammy and midwife from Cork.

As well as being a registered midwife, I am also a registered nurse and hypnobirthing teacher.

I have a passion for supporting parents-to-be to feel confident, prepared and empowered ahead of their upcoming birth!

I facilitate hypnobirthing birth preparation courses online via Zoom, in-person in small group settings or in the comfort of your own home in a bespoke 1:1 experience. 

I also offer support for preparing your birth preferences, and Calm Caesarean Workshops for those that are preparing for a caesarean birth.
