1.2 Rolling Subscription

All subscriptions are automatically renewing. This means your subscription will renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly), unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

2. Billing and Payment

2.1 Payment Terms

Subscription fees will be billed automatically to the payment method provided at the time of sign-up. By subscribing, you authorise us or our third-party payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

2.2 Failed Payments

If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your listing until payment is successfully received.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@thefamilyedit.ie.

3.2 Notice Period

Cancellations must be made at least 96 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

3.3 No Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for unused time. Once a payment is processed, it is non-refundable.

4. Content and Responsibility

1. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content you upload to your listing.
2. We reserve the right to remove or edit content that violates our guidelines or any applicable laws.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to remove a listing or terminate a subscription at our sole discretion if the business is found to be in breach of these Terms or engages in unethical, misleading, or illegal practices.

6. Changes to Terms

Terms and Conditions may be updated. Continued use of your subscription after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
