It’s the time of year to consider adding a new tradition – making our own Christmas Cake! We’ve been chatting with a few families recently who have been thinking similar, so we decided to put it out to all of our wonderful community and find the best Christmas Cake Recipes in Ireland!
The results are in, and in no particular order, these are the most popular Christmas Cake Recipes in Ireland …
MARY BERRY’S CLASSIC VICTORIAN CHRISTMAS CAKE
Lots of recommendations came in for Mary Berry’s Classic Victorian Christmas Cake. It seems to be a firm favourite with families around the Country. NIGELLA LAWSON’S EASY CHRISTMAS CAKE

SIMMER AND STIR CHRISTMAS CAKE
