HELL & BACK Junior is a fun and exhilarating 4KM obstacle challenge for national school children aged 8-12 seeking the ultimate outdoor adventure!

Taking place on Sat 17th Oct 2026, Hell & Back Junior is a fun-filled 4KM obstacle adventure exclusively for children aged 8-12.

Set in the grounds of Killruddery Estate, Bray, it’s the perfect Autumn challenge for friends, classmates, Sports Clubs, Scouts and other groups to take on together.

Kids will tackle a course packed with Hell & Back obstacles, climbing, crawling, scrambling and splashing their way towards the Finish Line!

And with Ireland’s Fittest Family also filmed here at Killruddery, they’ll get to take on obstacles and challenges inspired by those seen on the hit TV show.
