This complete birth preparation course is just what you need to feel excited, prepared and empowered for your upcoming birth!

Led by a registered midwife and mother of 2, you will learn skills to help you relax in the run up to birth, how to know labour is starting, how to cope when labour takes an unexpected turn and much much more.

Hypnobirthing is suitable for all births - homebirths, hospital births, caesarean births, you name it - hypnobirthing will have tools to help!

There are limited spaces available on this small-group course, to allow for enough space for each couple to ask questions and be comfortable in their session.

Birth Partners are encouraged to attend - you will gain invaluable skills to support your partner in labour ❤️

A light lunch will be provided - on your checkout form please let us know if you have any dietary requirements. There will also be facilities to heat up food if you wish to bring your own.

Our venue is the beautiful and serene Ballymore House, a stunning property with so much history and character. Weather permitting, you will have time to explore the incredible gardens during your breaks.
