Halloween Decorations and Costumes

We’ve been building up our Halloween Collection since our Eldest was born, seven years ago! Each year, we buy a few more pieces and add them to the box(es!)

We aim to buy pieces that can be reused each year, and clothing / costumes that can be passed down or repurposed.

There are lots of small Irish businesses with fabulous Halloween pieces, including …

  • We Are Barn @wearebarn who stock a fabulous selection of decorations and costumes, pieces that you’ll use time and time again and have something a little extra special about them.
  • Jiminy @jiminy.ie  have a wide range of eco-friendly and sustainable pieces. Their crayons for drawing on pumpkins and glass are perfect for small hands, right up to older kids who want to get involved.
  • Moon Mood Concept Store @moonmood_conceptstore are stockists of the fabulous Koko Cardboard range of DIY cardboard creations .. show us a child who wouldn’t be enthralled with an astronaut or unicorn head piece!
  • Osborne Enniskillen @osbornesenniskillen have a stunning range of velvet pumpkins which can be brought out each year to add a whole lot of style to any Halloween decor!

  • Babyboo @babyboo have to be included because we can’t leave out the babies! And while not everyone wants to dress their baby in a costume, Babyboo have the sweetest range of organic bibs to choose from in their Halloween range. We still have a pink skull bib hanging around from 7 years ago!!

  • Interiosity Cork @interiositycork Because Halloween isn’t all about the kids! It’s a wonderful time to celebrate Autumn in our households, and Interiosity Cork have some really gorgeous pieces that can be used throughout the season, and indeed throughout the year.
  • Fable Heart @fable.heart And while many may not associate Halloween with heirloom pieces, that’s exactly what Fable Heart do so well. Their pieces are full of imagination and something a little extra special and magical. Pieces that can be worn by children, and passed down for many more to enjoy. Stunning.

Any other suggestions to add to the list? Let us know in the comments because we always love to find new Irish businesses to support!
