Baby Massage at the Model Village

Midwife-led baby massage classes at the Model Village, Clonakilty. Whether you’re a first-time parent or adding to your family, these classes offer a warm, welcoming environment where you can slow down, breathe, and soak in the magic of these early months.

• A new 6 week block of classes start on Friday 16th January.
• Drop in classes also available to book.
• Time: 9:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
• Age Range: Babies (pre crawling)

Class Information:

Each session follows a gentle rhythm:

• Welcome & Check-In: A moment to ground yourself and share how you’re doing.
• Baby Massage
• Coffee & Chat – A relaxed time to connect with other parents over tea or coffee.
• Postpartum Relaxation & Wellbeing Topic. Each week brings a new focus. Some of the topics will include:
  • The fourth trimester: validating emotions & adjusting to new identities
  • Understanding yours and your baby’s nervous systems
  • Pelvic floor health
  • Nutrition for healing, wellbeing, and energy
  • Navigating emotions & options for support
  • Building your support network & asking for help

Led by Kellie, an experienced midwife from Nurture and Embrace, the baby massage classes are designed to help you feel more confident, supported, and connected.
