Dunmoran Strand is a sheltered beach break that has quite reliable surf and can work at any time of the year. Ideal winds are from the south. Great place to walk along, surf and bathe, enjoy the sunset, dog walking, a camp for a night. This beach got Green Coast Award for 2018. (Green Coast Award is given for excellent water quality, great environment standard, good management, and involvement of community).
