Hike Psych combines all the elements and treatment methods of traditional counselling and psychotherapy with the amazing depression and anxiety mitigating benefits of being outdoors.

Sessions are tailored to each individual client's needs and all levels of fitness are welcome. If you've never hiked before or you're a regular walker we will pick a route that works for you.

I am experienced in dealing with a variety of mental health concerns including but not limited to; anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem and body-image issues, grief, disordered eating, social phobia, post-partum depression and traumatic birth distress, OCD and Bi-Polar Disorder.

If the idea of sitting in a clinic, making constant eye contact feels too overwhelming but you feel you'd benefit from some therapy then perhaps you'll find this method more comfortable.

It's a great way to work the mind and the body in a safe, empathetic and confidential space.
