Preparing for your baby’s birth and want to feel calm, confident and genuinely prepared for what labour and birth may bring?

Join me for a small-group, one-day Hypnobirthing & Antenatal Birth Preparation Course at St Joseph’s Parish Centre, Glanmire, Cork.

Whether this is your first baby or you’ve given birth before, this course is designed to give you and your birth partner practical tools, clear information and the confidence to prepare together for labour and birth.

Birth may be unpredictable, but good preparation can make a real difference.

What we’ll cover
This is a comprehensive birth preparation course covering:

• What happens during labour and birth, from the early signs of labour right through to the birth of your placenta
• How the uterus works and the role that hormones, environment and mindset can play during labour
• Practical hypnobirthing tools including breathing, relaxation and techniques to help you stay calm, focused and cope with contractions
• How your birth partner can confidently support you throughout labour and birth, with practical tools they can use on the day
• Movement, positioning and comfort measures that can support you during labour
• How to navigate decisions around induction, monitoring, pain relief, intervention and caesarean birth
• How to ask questions, understand your options and make informed decisions that feel right for you and your baby
• Creating flexible birth preferences and preparing for those first hours after your baby is born

The course is practical, realistic and designed to prepare you for birth without assuming there is one “right” way to give birth.

You will also receive:

• A comprehensive digital resource pack to refer back to throughout the rest of your pregnancy
• Ongoing phone and message support from me until your baby arrives
• A suite of Hypnobirthing MP3 tracks to support your practice throughout pregnancy and labour
• A private WhatsApp group with the other parents attending your course

Course investment
The total cost is €330 per couple and includes attendance for you and your birth partner, all course materials, hypnobirthing tracks and my ongoing support until your baby arrives.

You can choose from two payment options:

Pay a €100 deposit when booking, with the remaining €230 due up to 14 days before the course
Pay the €330 course fee in full when booking
