This course will be focused around finding balance, practicing the foundations of yoga, learning different breathing and relaxation techniques, and having lots of fun! Fun is a great environment to learn new skills, practice our yoga poses and connect as a group. It's also a great way to de-stress and let of steam. In these classes, the students are able to build confidence, self awareness, express their creativity and learn how to live more mindfully. These classes are full of yoga games, stories, songs and mindful activities.
