Hi there, my name is Lorraine Maguire and I'm a newborn, family and brand photographer based in Tullamore, Co. Offaly.

My goal is to capture who your family is right now, not to make you do anything that is stiff or unnatural. I promise we will have a lot of fun! I take a lifestyle approach to family photography which sits comfortably between documentary and traditional portraiture.

I love to capture real connection so that you feel something when you look at my work. I create images that will become art that you can hang in your home and pass down for generations. I’m not looking to capture that ‘one’ perfectly posed family portrait with everyone looking at the camera, I love to create a collection of images that tells your family story.

Photographs hold a powerful and emotional weight for me that drives my passion for what I do. In my work, it is not about capturing the perfect moment, the perfect smile, or the immaculate house. I want to capture the chaos, the imperfections, and the off-guard moments showing the deep love that families have for each other. I feel immensely privileged to be invited by my clients to witness these moments and capture them forever through the beauty of photography.
