Sinéad is a Yoga teacher & Trainerbased in Galway, Ireland. She teaches a variety of classes. She was drawn to practice Yoga when she was feeling very disconnected in herself & in life. Her passion is helping people feel empowered, strong, calm and at home in their body & minds. She is a mother of a one year old boy & loves to help pre & postnatal mamas feel good too.
