Nurture the Mother

Nurture the Mother provides you with support from pregnancy into postpartum by providing hypnobirthing and baby massage classes, birth and postpartum doula care as well as Motherhood and Matrescence Coaching.

Baby Massage Classes - Maynooth, Celbridge and Adamstown, Lucan

Baby massage courses give you the chance to bond with your baby through nurturing touch by learning massage strokes, colic routines, gentle movements and touch relaxation. Each class ends with a warm tea / coffee and the chance to connect with other mums in a safe and relaxed environment. Classes are suitable from birth to 12 months and €100 may be redeemable from health insurance policy.

Classes are offered in the following locations;

YoGra Yoga Studio, Maynooth - Tuesday's at 10am

Adamstown Community Centre, Lucan - Thursday's at 10am

The Slip Hall, Celbridge - Thursday's at 1.30pm

Birth With Confidence - Hypnobirthing Classes - Maynooth (Group class) & Private One to One Classes (Online or in own home)

Birth with Confidence classes cover a range of topics including but not limited to; physiology of birth, fears, science of hypnobirthing, different types of birth, pain relief, birth environment, birth support, birth partner, affirmations and breathing, hypnobirthing and caesareans, the 'system' of birth and the BRAINS toolkit to help you make informed decisions about your birth.

Birth With Confidence classes are unlike other antenatal classes, not only are you provided with over 10 hours of teaching from an accredited KG hypnobirthing teacher and a birth and postpartum doula but you are supported throughout your pregnancy journey and long after the classes are finished. Everyone who attends the class will receive one to one support after the classes via WhatsApp and will also be provided with a 30 minute online call closer to your birth to help you feel in control and confident with your birthing plans.

No course can offer the perfect birth but I am confident that once you have completed Birth With Confidence you will feel empowered and ready to make confident, evidence based, informed decisions about you, your care and your birthing choices.

Postpartum Doula Care - Offered across Kildare, Dublin and Meath

Postpartum doula care provides emotional and practical support to new mothers and new again mothers. All packages can be tailored to suit your specific needs. Key areas of support for you include; baby care (feeding, bathing etc.), emotional support, light housework and night time cover to allow you to rest. With all my clients I incorporate my baby massage teachings and help you learn a relaxing bath time routine to help settle baby.

Motherhood and Matrescence Coaching - One to one - Online

As a life and executive coach I am focused on helping mothers with their motherhood journey, I'm extremely passionate about helping them navigate matrescence and empowering them to achieve success in all areas of their life, be that personal or professional by bringing practical tips and knowledge to the table. The emotional and mental wellbeing of mums is paramount to me, especially after my own early challenges with motherhood and is driven by a desire for all mothers to have the support they need to navigate the beautiful chaos that is motherhood. I support mums to redefine their motherhood journey by ensuring that their struggles transform to triumphs.

Areas of speciality; transitioning into motherhood, navigating matrescence, balancing career and motherhood, helping you to navigate promotion / career breaks or changing your career on becoming a mother, maternal mental health, preparing for maternity leave, returning to work after maternity leave/extended leave, juggling the mental load of motherhood, dealing with ‘mum guilt’, finding your self-worth and confidence after becoming a mother and helping you to find your identity once more.
