My name is Claire and I am a certified and experienced Yoga teacher in Dublin, offering a range of different classes to suit everybody's needs (mainly women but not only) across all the various stages of life. I am qualified to teach;
Mum and Baby Yoga
Since the Pandemic and the resulting restrictions I have taken many of my classes online. My weekly online classes are:
Vinyasa Yoga - Mondays @ 8pm
Pregnancy Yoga - Tuesdays @ 7pm
Mum and Baby Yoga - Mondays @ 1030m
Baby Massage - Tuesdays @ 1030a,
I also teach a 2 hour Fertility Yoga workshop on a monthly basis
I have just finished Menopause Yoga training and hope to be offering classes tailored to Pre and Post menopausal women very soon.
Before Covid 19 restrictions I had begun my 500 hrs Yoga Training with world-renowned Yoga teacher Amy Ipolliti of 90 Monkeys and I hope to continue my training when all this is over.
Yoga is my life passion. I believe it can help everyone feel better no matter what age, weight or level of fitness they are at. It’s just a matter of finding the right class for you and developing a regular practice. Yoga is particularly helpful in pregnancy and postpartum and I feel very privileged to work with and support women during this special time in their lives.
