At The Imperial Hotel, all children are looked after like a little Prince and Princess. Children can enjoy their very own check-in, and delight in the afternoon tea experience – or try their hand at making fabulous Mocktails with one of our Mixologists

Our special events are subject to Covid-19 restrictions and we will ensure that our guest’s health and wellbeing is at the very center of each experience.

In the event that we need to cancel an event due to Government legislation or guidance, a full refund will be offered.

Family rooms-
With a number of different room types and interconnecting options, we are delighted to accommodate families in beautiful style and comfort.
A whole host of thoughtful touches will be included to ensure your stay is comfortable and delightful...
Our Premium, Deluxe and Junior Suites can accommodate two adults and a child. With either a Double/Single beds or a Double and roll away bed.
Our Penthouse Suite accommodate up to two adults and four children under the age of 12 years old, with 2 additional roll away beds.
We are delighted that children under 12 years stay free when sharing a triple room with parents.

Interconnecting rooms-
We understand that families like to stay together, but not necessarily in the same room. We also offer a number of interconnecting room options including 'family wings' which consist of rooms interconnecting via one door, which when combined can accommodate families of up to 5 guests.
Interconnecting rooms are subject to availability and cannot be booked online.

Our 'Director of Welcome' is a specialist at the hotel who knows all about the wonderful, fun things to do in Cork.
During school holidays and weekends throughout the year, our Director of Welcome and his team hosts daily briefing giving suggestions on their recommended things to do and interesting facts about Cork City.

We provide a free Cork map for everyone so you can start exploring.
Daily briefings take place at 10.30am Monday – Friday during school holidays and Saturday and Sundays throughout the rest of the year.
