She is the founder of Theatre Tricks Drama & Communications, an organization dedicated to helping clients of all ages—from young children to adults—build confidence and self-esteem, through drama and communication skills to communicate effectively, have clarity in their voice, express themselves with confidence and create a powerful presence.

In addition to her work in drama and communications, Susan mentors clients pursuing teaching qualifications in speech and drama.
