Trawmore Strand

Location: Trawmore Strand, Keel, Achill, Co. Mayo

Trawmore Strand beach, also known as Keel beach is a long beach that extends over 2 miles. The Keel village and Dookinelly village is connected by this beach. You will experience fantastic views of the Minoan Cliffs at the eastern end. It is a famous beach among watersports enthusiasts, especially for surfers. Due to strong undersea currents, swimming is allowed only at the Western end of Trawmore Strand
