This evidence-based session covers everything from understanding your options and reducing intervention risks to making informed choices during labour and ensuring strong birth partner support. You’ll leave feeling empowered, prepared, and ready to advocate for the birth you want.

Workshops are available in small online groups, privately online, or in your own home (Dublin only).
