With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, it is easy to think of it from a couple’s love perspective.
But love is so much more than that.
It’s so much more than one day.
And it definitely doesn’t need any particular number of people.
In fact, Love starts with ourselves.
Love starts with our children.
Helping them to love and appreciate themselves…no matter what.
Helping them to love and appreciate themselves…just as they are.
And it can be as simple as a piece of cardboard cut in a circle or a paper plate, painted/ coloured yellow and add wooden pegs with all the wonderful attributes and reasons they love themselves.
The conversation it will generate … the love they will feel from us, from themselves. Worth more than any Hallmark Card …and definitely worth more than a dozen red roses!
