We are gathering up some easy snacks / treat ideas for next week, and these beauties are definitely on the list! We’ve made them before, without the chocolate, and they were very popular.
With Valentine’s Day approaching, we wanted to make the snack a little extra tasty, so we decided to add some chocolate. Safe to say the chocolate will be a very welcome addition!
They’re really quick and easy to make, and kids love to get involved making them too.
- Wash and cut the strawberries in half, or you can leave them whole for larger amount in each one.
- Cute a triangle shape from the top of each, leaving a heart shaped strawberry.
- Put a cocktail stick or lolly pop stick through each strawberry [*If using cocktail sticks, be careful with smallies.]
- Dip into melted chocolate and leave to harden.
- And enjoy!
