Description
Our first buggy walk in Cavan brought us to Deerpark Forest in Virginia. The entrance is located just at the rugby club so it is an easy find. While we enjoyed this walk the signs were a bit confusing. The paths were quite muddy after the recent deluge but perfect for smallies with their wellies. There is a river walk here but it is not suitable for buggies. We suggest staying on the main wider paths. As always we relish getting off-road and enjoying these natural resources for a good ole family walk. Hats off to Coillte Outdoors.
