ELLA BELLA YOGA

Ella Bella Yoga was founded in Newbridge, Co Kildare in 2020 (during COVID-19 Pandemic) by Jelena who wanted to start yoga classes with her daughter Ella. Ella now helps out with classes and enjoys meeting new students, Jelena believes in living a life full of joy, gratitude, and free of fear & anxiety. These feelings guide core teachings at Ella Bella Yoga, as she focuses on helping kids better connect to themselves and their surroundings.

Jelena completed Kids Yoga Training with Rainbow Kids Yoga in Dublin in January 2020. RKY is Registered Children’s Yoga Training with Yoga Alliance Professionals (UK).

Jelena also completed my training to become an Accredited Creative Mindfulness Kids Practitioner in 2021. This course is accredited by the IMMA  (International Mindfulness and Meditation and Alliance).

Jelena has a full Liability Insurance, First Aid  Responder (FAR) Course , COVID-19 Awareness Course. Garda Form and Childrens First Certificate issued.

Jelena believes in using props during her classes to help kids be engaged and stay focused. She uses feathers, glass stones, shells, stones, stickers, scarfs and even Tibetan singing bowl. She also likes to use natural props like flowers, leaves, pine cones, branches and stones. Over the last few years kids created beautiful painted stones, flower mandalas, mindfulness jars, breathing buddies, worry monsters and eye pillows for meditation.

Class numbers are small and places are limited.

1 to 1 yoga sessions also available upon request.

Travel to the venue within County Kildare can be arranged.
