Firstly congratulations whether you are in the stages of pregnancy or you have had your new addition. My name is Brona and I am a mum of three boys so I understand what the journey and recovery is like especially at the minute as I am currently on my own recovery journey. I am very passionate about anything pre and post natal training, fitness, preparation and recovery. I hope I can pass on a realistic, fun, encouraging journey to you. We offer a range of packages that may suit you:
Personalised prenatal or postpartum programmes which you can choose your own term that suits your schedule 8, 10 or 12 weeks. This includes deep core and pelvic floor engagement or rehab. There is video and instructions to work along side your daily routine, nutritional advice, recipes and macros. There is also 24 hour support and I am always contactable. This is all personalised to you.
Prenatal or Postpartum 6 week zoom classes:
This includes 2 live zoom classes per week, 1 pre-recorded workout, access to members group, nutritional guides and 24 hour support.
Via zoom if you don't have someone to take your little one, no problem! take them with you. This a full body work out while carrying your baby. (baby carrier required, baby must be between 6 weeks and 18 months). This is a fun way to work out and bond with your little one.
This is for ladies 35 week +. Have yourself prepared and help relax and lengthen the pelvic floor muscles and stretch the perineum. It may help prevent tearing and smoothen the birth experience. 4 week online course, which includes birth prep videos for you to do at your own convenience and 24 hour support.
