Mama & Me

Hi there! My name is Valerie and I live in the picturesque village of Ashford, Co. Wicklow. Along for the ride is my husband, our 4 kiddies, 2 dogs, cat, bunny and fish!

My children are the reason that I was first inspired to create my business back in 2011. What began with baby massage classes from my living room soon grew to include mum & baby yoga, toddler & preschool yoga and pregnancy yoga.

Over the years, as our family size increased, so did my passion for all things pregnancy and postpartum. I am continually adding to my knowledge and experience so that I can give the best to my clients. As well as my pregnancy and baby classes, I now also teach Active Birth & Hypnobirthing workshops, as well as Fertility Yoga. I am a qualified Reflexologist, with a keen interest in fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, babies and children.

The aim of Mama and Me is to support couples in their fertility journeys, as well as to empower women through their pregnancy, labour, and early days of motherhood. Classes, treatments and workshops are a safe space to ask questions, share stories and learn from one another. I hope to see you at the studio soon!
