Tuesdays at BeWell Yoga, Longford
11.30am Parent & Baby yoga             1.05pm Lunchtime Reset

Wednesdays at BeWell Yoga, Longford
7pm Pregnancy Yoga                          8.15pm Rest & Reset

Doula Support ~ Pregnancy, Birth, Postpartum

As a doula I offer emotional, informational & practical support to you and your family across Connacht & the midlands.

You deserve to be cared for and supported in finding good quality information and preparation to make informed choices during pregnancy. You deserve to make choices of the best options for you and your family and to have a positive birth experience not an experience that is put on you by others. You deserve to have the time, space and care to let everything else be passed over so you can focus on rest & recovery and bonding with your baby postpartum.
