The Parent NEST

The Parent NEST provides holistic support through coaching, practical resources, and a nurturing community. We run baby massage classes in Wexford as well as Connect Mum classes , which are classes based on mum-related topics, offering a welcoming space for connection, support and learning.

Through our coaching services, we offer online membership, The Circle, 1:1 coaching, and workshops for individuals and organisations. We equip parents with adaptive structures, tools, and strategies to navigate whatever challenges they face—whether it’s adjusting to life with a new baby, managing family leave, returning to work, or balancing work and home life. We also collaborate with organisations as an external coach, helping employees transition smoothly back to work after family leave.

The main focus of The Parent NEST is to provide compassionate, practical support tailored to each parent’s unique journey, helping them gain clarity and feel confident and capable in their personal and professional lives.
