Aoife Fennell is the founder of Inner Path Play Therapy in Newbridge, Co. Kildare. She is a Qualified Play Therapist and Accreddited Creative Mindfulness Practitioner

At Inner Path Play Therapy, Aoife offers 1:1 and group Play Therapy sessions, Creative Mindfulness courses, and parent support to help families navigate big feelings and everyday challenges. Her child-centred, creative, and holistic approach provides a safe and supportive space where children can express themselves, build emotional resilience, and thrive. She also collaborates with schools and organisations, offering workshops and courses tailored to their needs.

With 23 years of lived experience with Type 1 Diabetes, Aoife has a special interest in supporting families facing chronic illness and medical trauma. She understands the emotional ups and downs that come with these experiences and offers compassionate, practical support to help families feel more connected and resilient.
